Michel Haymann, Swiss lawyer, representing the interests of the state of Belgium and of the canton Neuchatel, is interviewed after the acquittal of former Swissair chief Mario Corti before the court of appeal in Zurich, Friday, June 20, 2008. A Zurich court has upheld the acquittal of former Swissair chief Mario Corti, who in 2007 was exonerated on charges relating to the 2001 national airline's collapse. The court, however, refused to compensate the 62-year-old former SAirGroup chief executive for legal costs, as lower courts had done. Canton Neuchatel, the state of Belgium and two Belgian government-owned companies launched the appeal. Proceedings began on June 13.
