Mitarbeiterinnen der Offiziellen Schweizerischen Chronometerkontrolle COSC (Controle Officiel Suisse des Chronometres) in Le Locle platzieren am 20. Februar 2007 Uhrwerke in Plastikschalen aus transparentem Kunststoff, damit sie gleichzeitig maschinell aufgezogen und getestet werden koennen. Die COSC wurde 1973 gegruendet. Sie misst und kontrolliert die Praezision von Uhrwerken, die nach erfolgreich bestandenem Test die Bezeichnung "Chronometer" erhalten. COSC was founded 1973 in its current structure by five watchmaking cantons.
