Air potato leaf beetle (Lilioceris cheni) on a leaf. This species feeds on air potatoes (Dioscorea bulbifera), plants which are considered invasive in the south-eastern US. Both the beetles and the plant are native to Asia, but the beetles have been introduced to the US intentionally to control the spread of air potatoes.
