Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko has said all public transportation will be halted in the capital city of Kiev from 23 March 2020, due to tightening of restrictive measures to address the outbreak of the novel COVID-19 coronavirus in Ukraine. Only people working for pharmacies, hospitals, groceries, the State Emergency Service, law enforcement agencies and strategic enterprises, who hold special passes, will be able to use public transport, Klitschko said as local media report.
