Unser Bild zeigt dem 360-Grad-Kreisel der Rhaetischen Bahn in der Naehe von Brusio im Puschlav (Aufnahme vom August 1996). Die Rhaetische Bahn (RhB) hat im letzten Jahr im Reiseverkehr zugelegt und mehr Geld eingenommen. Dazu trug vor allem das positive Konsumverhalten der Passagiere ab Mitte Sommer bei. Im Gueterverkehr resultierte ein Rueckschlag, weil weniger Transporte fuer den Vereinatunnel-Bau durchgefuehrt wurden. Die Erfolgsrechnung der "Buendner Staatsbahn" schliesst mit Ausgaben und Einnahmen von 211,9 Millionen Franken, wie die RhB-Spitzen am Donnerstag, 28. Mai 1998, in Chur der Presse bekanntgaben.
