epa02299895 German singer Nadja Benaissa of pop band 'No Angels' attends her trial at regional court in Darmstadt, Germany, 25 August 2010. Benaissa did with 'probability bordering on certainty' infect a man with HIV by having unprotected sex with him, an expert witness at her trial said on 25 August. Benaissa, who gained fame with the No Angels girlband in the early 2000s, is accused of one count of dangerous bodily harm and four counts of attempted bodily harm. She admits having had unprotected sex while knowing she was HIV positive. EPA/BORIS ROESSLER / POOL
