An IKONOS satellite aerial image dated August 13 2002 of the Yongbyon 5MW Nuclear Reactor Complex in North Korea. The communist nation said Tuesday 6 January 2003 it is repared to stop testing and producing nuclear weapons and would freeze its nuclear facilities in a 'bold concession' to the United States. Pyongyang's official KCNA news agency described the offer as part of a first phase of measures, part of North Korea's own 'package solution' aimed at resolving a nuclear dispute. A US delegation is to inspect North Korea's controversial nuclear reactor complex at Yongbyon. (KEYSTONE/EPA/SPACE IMAGING ASIA) === MANDATORY CREDIT: SPACE IMAGING ASIA No sales, no archives! ===
