SCHWEIZ WEINBAU PUIDOUX
Grape pickers harvest grapes of Chasselas and load them on a monorail in a vineyard overlooking Lake Geneva in Epesses in the region of Lavaux, Switzerland, Wednesday, September 19, 2018. Winemakers have been able to begin their harvest especially early this year due to unusually high temperatures and a large number of sunny days this summer, both promising for high quality vintages. Built on steep terrain split in terraces covering 800 hectares, Lavaux is the largest contiguous vineyard region of Switzerland, and is registered as UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2007.
