Jordan, Amman, MSF Hospital, 24 August 2016..Ahmed Majid from Baghdad. He was wounded by an ISIS car bomb in the summer of 2014. He didn't remember the exact date. He lost a leg in the initial explosion, and was operated on four times in the subsequent few days. He's since had at least 12 more ops, and over the course of it all has developed extreme drug resistance. The extreme drug resistance patients are segregated in that ward on the third floor. Majid in particular isn't allowed to leave his room for more than very brief intervals. Visitors have to put on yellow gowns and latex gloves when entering his room. Some of the others, who aren't seen as contagious any more, are permitted to go outside for up to 30 mins...Tanya Habjouqa / NOOR (KEYSTONE/NOOR/Tanya Habjouqa)
