Flowers placed on the monument for victims of the Chernobyl's nuclear disaster, in the city of Slavutich, Monday, April 17, 2006. Around 50,000 Pripyat residents were evacuated after the disaster, taking only few belongings, they never returned, workers and their families now live in a the new town of Slavutich, 30 km from the plant.
