LIBANON NAHOST KONFLIKT OFFENSIVE LIBANON
A vehicle of the International Committee of the Red Cross gets stuck whilst trying to drive across the Litani river north of Tyre in southern Lebanon Friday, 11 August 2006. Aid workers are increasingly frustrated over the lack of access for delivering aid in Lebanon and Ronald Huguenin, spokesman for the International Committee of the Red Cross, said that Israel had refused to let a Greek ship carrying humanitarian aid and food to dock in either Tyre or Sidon. The vehicle was later towed out. EPA/STR
