Julia Suzanne Bohl was arrested last week for possession of 687 grams (24 ounces) of marijuana and an assortment of other drugs following a raid on an apartment. The volume of the marijuana exceeds the 500 grams minimum required for the mandatory death penalty, which is carried out by hanging.
