SCHOTTLAND GENETIK KLONEN TIER "BONNIE"
Ten-day-old 'Bonnie', the first lamb to be born to 'Dolly' - the first ever mammal to be successfully cloned from an adult cell - at the Roslin Institute in Edinburgh. The natural birth of Bonnie on April 13th, 1998, has proved that despite her unusual origins Dolly, who was naturally mated at the end of last year with a Welsh Mountain ram, is able to breed normally and produce healthy offspring.
