Youngstown, Ohio, USA.A man drinking in the 'Golden Dawn' diner and bar in Youngstown, a city in the 'Rust Belt' that was once a centre of steel production. The Golden Dawn was once one of many hangouts popular with working men employed at the city's many steel mills an industry that once employed 30,000 people but since the decline of American steel making in the 1970s this has dwindled to around 2,500 a pattern reflected in the city's population which, since a peak in 1960, has declined by over 60 percent.
