SCHWEIZ MONTREUX JAZZ FESTIVAL 2021
Festival director Mathieu Jaton introduces French-Lebanese trumpet player, composer and arranger Ibrahim Maalouf on the lake stage of the Montreux Jazz Festival on the Geneva Lake and in front of the French alps, in Montreux, Switzerland, Monday, July 5, 2021. The 55th Montreux Jazz Festival (MJF) will last from July 2 to July 17. Taking into account the current COVID-19 related guidelines of the Swiss authorities, the MJF has completely reimagined its format and as a festival first, a stage entirely built over the lake will host concerts with a maximum capacity of 500 seats.
