JAPAN ERDBEBEN KOBE 1995
Reconstruction work is underway at JR Rokkomichi Station in Kobe's Nada Ward, Hyogo Prefecture, western Japan, February 14, 1995, following the Great Hanshin Earthquake. The massive earthquake with a magnitude of 7.3 hit the city of Kobe and nearby areas at 5:46 a.m. on January 17, 1995. The quake left 6,434 people dead and 43,792 injured.
