Branch Davidian defendant Livingston Fagan, a former British social worker, is transported from the federal courthouse in San Antonio, Texas on Tuesday, Feb. 1, 1994. A jury acquitted Fagan and 10 other members of the Branch Davidians on Saturday, Feb. 26, 1994, of murder and murder conspiracy charges in the deaths of four federal agents.
