USA RAUMFAHRT SPACE SHUTTLE ATLANTIS
Space Shuttle Discovery mission specialist Piers Sellers talks to the media at the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Ala., Thursday, Sept 14, 2006. Sellers worked on a MSFC developed chalk called NOAX (non-oxide adhesive experiment) which is used to fill in holes or cracks on carbon fiber shuttle parts. It was flown for the first time on STS-121 which return in July. He said early indications showed the material worked well. (KEYSTONE/AP Photo/Huntsville Times, Dave Dieter)
