Jean Francois Riccard, vigneron et proprietaire a Lutry est heureux d'apprendre que le Lavaux a fait son entree au Patrimoine mondial de l'Unesco, ce jeudi 28 juin 2007. Les cloches des quatorze communes du vignoble vaudois ont sonne jeudi a 11h45 pour marquer l'evenement. La nouvelle a ete annoncee avec retard a la presse reunie a Lutry (VD) par la prefete du district Florence Siegrist. Cette decision a ete prise "a l'unanimite et avec felicitations" par l'assemblee de l'Unesco reunie en Nouvelle-Zelande, a precise par telephone Bernard Bovy, president de l'Association promotrice de la candidature.
