SCHWEIZ AIR ZERMATT
A Lama helicopter flies above the Matterhorn, with rescued alpine climbers hanging below. The medical helicopter EC135 is waiting to bring the victims to the hospital. Air Zermatt, the helicopter mountain rescue service of the Wallis region of Switzerland includes pilots, paramedics and rescuers who answer more than 1200 calls a year, from mountain climbers, hikers and skiers.
