A photo of Sony corporate headquarters in Tokyo, dated 20 July, 2004. Sony Corp. has conceded to demands from its consortium partners to reduce fees it would get from managing Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc., a Hollywood film studio the group bought last week by outbidding Time Warner Inc., Newsweek reported in its Sept. 27 issue on sale Monday.
