RUSSLAND MOSKAU MANEGE BRAND
Firefighters work inside of what is left of Manezh, an exhibition hall, destroyed by fire just outside the Moscow Kremlin, Monday, March 15, 2004. A blazing fire broke out Sunday night in the exhibition hall off Moscow's Red Square, just minutes after polls closed in Russia's presidential election, and two firefighters were killed while fighting the blaze. The low, colonnaded building known as the Manezh, an equestrian school for military officers that was opened in 1817, is just outside the Kremlin's western wall. It is used for frequent exhibitions and trade fairs and is considered one of Moscow's most precious historic monuments. (AP Photo/ Sergei Ponomarev)
