MOZAMBIQUE WAR
Freedom fighters of the Mozambique Liberation Front on an early morning five mile training run near their special camp near Bagamoyo, about 60 miles along the coast from Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania around Jan. 20, 1965. It is reported that there are over three hundred freedom fighters training at the camp including boys in their teens and middles aged men. Many have escaped fro Mozambique to recruit for the fight against the Portuguese. The camp has been operational since November 1963. Most recruits spend about a month in basic training before being sent for more advanced training at the Mozambique Liberation Front's main camp at a secret location in Tanzania.
