An undated photo shows US sniper suspect John Allen Muhammad, also known as John Allen Williams (R), and John Lee Malvo (L). Police arrested the pair while they were sleeping in their car at a Maryland rest area, north of Washington DC, early 24 October. The arrest came in connection with the Washington-area sniper investigation which left 10 people dead and three injured. Federal and local authorities are to meet 25 October to discuss filing charges against the two men as the search for more incriminating evidence continues. A Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms agent said tests had shown that bullets from the Bushmaster .223-caliber semi-automatic rifle found in the car were used in eight of the murders and the three woundings. Tests on the two other murders had proved inconclusive. (KEYSTONE/EPA PHOTO/STR)
