MOUNT EVEREST EXPEDITION 1921
Mount Everest Expedition 1921: Wollaston's Camera used during the 1921 Mount Everest Expedition A.F.R Wollaston's Dallmyer Camera which reached an altitude of 22,375 feet on the 1921 Mount Everest Expedition. Unexposed glass plate negatives were put into wooden slides (which can be seen set along side the camera) were exposed and processed by team members whilst in Tibet. The glass negatives still remain intact and prints were made from them for publication in 'Everest: Summit of Achievement' by Stephen Venables (Bloomsbury, 2003).
