SCHWEIZ BAHN LOETSCHBERG TUNNEL
One of the first regular passenger trains passes the Loetschberg basis tunnel, near Viege / Visp in the canton of Valais in the south western part of Switzerland, Sunday morning, December 9, 2007. Due to the new tunnel, travelers from the canton of Valais will be able to reach the german part of Switzerland much faster, which also affects international railway connections from and to Milan, Italy.
