epa00975644 A vegetable vendor takes a rest during a 12-hour Assam bandh (general strike) called by the banned militants outfit United Liberation Front of Assam (ULFA) in Guwahati, northeast India on Wednesday, 04 April 2007. The bandh call was given against the government of Assam's alleged neglecting attitude to search out the missing ULFA leaders. The wives of the missing ULFA leaders have been on an indefinite hunger strike since March 21. The women approached the state government to know the whereabouts of their husbands. EPA/STR
