Roughly 50 percent of Mongolia's 2.5 million people still maintain a nomadic lifestyle, moving all their possessions as often as twice a month in search of fresh grass for their livestock. The nomads continue to move even during the winter when temperatures can sink to a brutal negative 40 degrees celcius.
