Father Dino Bravieri, director of the "Ximenian Sismic Observatory" in Florence, shows the sismogaphic record of the second devastating jolt of the earthquake which struck central Italy, early Friday September 26, 1997. Official figures of casualties and damages, count 9 dead, thirty injured and more than 2,500 homeless.
