The Peruvian presidential candidate Pedro Castillo asked his fellow citizens to participate in the elections taking place 06 June with calm and serenity, and respect the results that the day will bring and thinking of voting so that 'Peru wins.' Castillo expressed himself from his home in Tacabamba, in the Andean region of Cajamarca, during the traditional breakfast which Peruvian political candidates hold for the press on each election Sunday together with their families and relatives. A total of 25.2 million people are eligible to vote in the presidential elections runoff to choose between the candidates Pedro Castillo and Keiko Fujimori for the presidential term 2021-2026. Around 24.2 million voters will go to vote at 83,048 polling stations nationwide, while 997,033 voters are authorized abroad to vote at 3,440 polling stations. EPA/Francisco Vigo
