Detroit, Michigan, USA.Alan Hill lives in one of the largest ruins in Detroit, the former Packard Plant. The factory produced cars from 1903 until it closed in 1958. The building complex, measuring 325.000 square meters, has been totally abandoned since the beginning of the 1990's. Alan looks at himself as a kind of custodian at Packard, and has made his own sleeping room among old cars, wrecks and garbage. (KEYSTONE/VII Photo/Espen Rasmussen)
