In order for family members to be able to visit the residents of the home, the Box das Emoções (lit.: Box of Emotions)was created, a small room that meets all the safety standards required by the contingency plan in force for the covid-19, equipped with microphones and that allows visits without any of the residents of the home going outside and without any of the family members having direct contact with the facilities.
