Ein Teil der Weinbeeren wird an Ort und Stelle an der Sonne zu Rosinen gedarrt. Die chilenischen Produzenten geben sich zur Zeit alle Mühe, den Rosinenmarkt mit Spezialitäten zu erobern. Im Angebot sind blaue kleine bis zu goldgelben, extra grossen und saftigen Trockenbeeren. - Sun-drying grapes in the valley of the Rio Copiapó. Chile 1995 - In the valley of the Copiapó river lies a successful Chilean vine-growing district. Some of the grapes are dried locally in the sun for raisins. Currently, the Chilean producers are trying desperately to conquer the raisin market with specialities, offering small dried blue to golden-yellow extra large and juicy berries.
