The death toll in the twin attacks in Norway rose to 93 after one of the victims died at an Oslo hospital, broadcaster NRK said. A 32-year-old man has been charged with the 22 July shooting spree that has now claimed at least 86 lives. The accused - named by Norwegian media as Anders Behring Breivik - has also been charged with a bombing hours earlier in central Oslo that killed seven people. Oslo police chief Sveinung Sponheim told reporters that about 100 people had been treated for injuries resulting from the two attacks. EPA/BRITTA PEDERSEN
