APOLLO 10 EARTH RISES ABOVE MOON, MAY 1969 - the picture shows the rising Earth above the moon, taken out of Apollo 10 during their return from the sunless backside into the sunny side of the moon. Apollo 10 launched May 18, 1969 at Kennedy Space center, lunar orbit on May 21st., return to Earth after 192 hours 3 minutes 23 seconds in space. Splasheddown in Pacific Ocean on May 26th.
