The Dormakaba locking technology group has announced a major savings and restructuring program for 2023 in order to achieve its medium-term targets. Many jobs will be eliminated. - The Swiss group dormakaba International Holding AG (formerly Kaba Holding AG), headquartered in Rümlang and Wetzikon in the canton of Zurich, is one of the world's leading suppliers in the market for access and security solutions. It operates in more than 50 countries with around 15,000 employees. The dormakaba Group was formed in 2015 from a merger of the German family-owned company Dorma and the Swiss Kaba Group. Both companies have more than 100 years of history. (wp/oro)
